Information you send us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, your message, and, if you choose to provide them, your phone number and your child's age. Please do not include detailed medical information in the form.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Spam protection. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address, to make that check.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, answer questions about our services, schedule consultations, and keep a record of our communication with you. We do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Contact form submissions are delivered to our team by email and saved to a record of enquiries. To do this we rely on service providers that host our website, route form submissions, and provide email and document storage. They process the information on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of a child or another person. We do not sell or rent personal information.

This policy covers information collected through this website. Health information we receive while providing clinical services is handled separately, under the health privacy laws that apply to us. Email and web forms are not the right place for detailed medical information. We will arrange a private way to share it.
